Samuele Baro, a native of Osimo, is the chef of all culinary creations at Seven Restaurant. Distinguished early on in his home territory for his talent, he has continued his professional development in pursuit of the marriage of haute cuisine and healthy eating. His experienced hands, passed through starred and landmark restaurants, have designed the Menu of Restaurant Seven, giving it a great personality.
Samuele Baro’s is a creative cuisine, presented on the plate with vibrant compositions rich in color. The dish always enhances the main ingredient with simplicity, combining great research of combinations and cold-processed products. There is no shortage of Vegan culinary creations.

Very easy to reach, with ample parking and located right on the slopes of the Republic of San Marino, the Seven restaurant is a small Art Deco bijou located on the top floor of the Diamond Building.
It is structured in an intimate and elegant indoor room with warm and soft tones.
Outside is a pleasant terrace open in the summer months, where you can spend your dinner in total relaxation.
A point of pride is also our Lounge Bar, renowned for our Barmen, international Cocktails offerings and tempting appetizers.
